Purpose |
A. To enhance the image of the legal profession;
B. To aid the Kentucky Bar Association in its role as a continuing legal education provider concerning issues that relate to probate and trust law;
C. To aid probate and trust law attorneys in their practice by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and to help keep them current on issues relating to this area of practice; and
D. To promote the interest of the Kentucky Bar Association as defined in SCR 3.025
