Purpose |
A. To Promote the interests of the Kentucky Bar Association as defined in SCR 3.025;
B. To aid the Kentucky Bar Association in its role as a continuing legal education provider concerning issues that relate to real property law; and
C. To keep Real Property Law Section members informed about issues within the real property area of practice. |
