Purpose |
A. To ensure that attorneys in Kentucky are sensitive to the needs of students, parents, teachers, school councils, school boards and other entities who may have a need to be represented by an attorney in the area of education law;
B. To provide high quality education in Kentucky;
C. To provide an opportunity for attorneys in Kentucky to share information in the area of education law;
D. To provide continuing legal education in the area of education law to attorneys in Kentucky; and
E. To promote discussion within the KBA of concerns of lawyers engaged in the practice of education law.
