You will be asked a few questions for eligibility purposes.  If you qualify you will talk to an attorney who will give you advice and may refer you to your local office for extended service.  The local office will then decide whether or not to accept your case depending on the facts of your case and availability of staff.  Otherwise, you may be referred to a private contract attorney or an attorney who has agreed to provide services for free.
