Cancellation of KBA Convention Registration |
Cancellation must be in writing and received by the Kentucky Bar Association by June 14, 2013, to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between June 15 and June 18, 2013, will be charged a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after June 18, 2013. Event tickets will not be refunded after June 17, 2013.

Parking |
General Parking: The Galt House Hotel has 3,200 on-site parking spaces available in their attached covered parking garage. Parking is complimentary for convention overnight guests. Convention attendees driving in are eligible for a discount on the $16 per day parking fee. To receive the discounted fee of $7 per day, attendees must visit the KBA registration desk for a parking voucher. Valet parking is also available for $18 per day.
Accessible Parking: Designated parking accommodations for guests with disabilites are marked throughout the Galt Hose Hotel parking garage.
Parking for Hotel Guests: The Galt House Hotel offers free covered self-parking for overnight hotel guests in their parking garage. Overnight valet charge is $18 per night.

SPECIAL CONVENTION RATE: To receive the Convention rate, you must make your reservations:
- Directly with the hotel by May 17, 2013, or
- By using the link below by May 17, 2013, and
- Guarantee your reservation with one night’s room and tax deposit using a credit card.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservations: 48 hour advance cancellation notice is required to avoid forfeit of the one night’s room and tax deposit.
