Registration Center
Upon arrival, all registrants should check in at the KBA Registration Desk located in the RiverCenter Lobby on the 2nd floor of the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

| Hotel Reservations |
- Hotel reservations thru the KBA ended May 15. At this time you'll need to contact the hotel for reservations.
- Cancellation of Hotel Rooms must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Your hotel room must be guaranteed by credit card.
- Check-in time for the Marriott RiverCenter is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Check-in time for the Embassy Suites is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Hotel Shuttle Information |
KBA members staying at the Holiday Inn Riverfront and the Courtyard by Marriott will be offered shuttle service to and from the Northern Kentucky Convention Center (NKCC) throughout the Annual Convention. The shuttles will travel on a continuous loop between the NKCC and the two hotels. Shuttle operators anticipate no longer than an eight-minute wait at any pick-up point. Please consult the schedule listed below for beginning and end times.

Cancellations |
|
Cancellations of 2009 Annual Kentucky Bar Association Convention Registration must be in writing and received by the Kentucky Bar Association by June 5, 2009 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between June 6, 2009 and June 9, 2009 will be charged a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after June 9, 2009. Event Tickets will not be refunded after June 8, 2009. |
