Mr. James Noll is a resident of Villa Hills, Kentucky and has been married to his wife Jen for 12 years. They have two children, Jack, 8, and Ella, 6. Mr. Noll is a lawyer licensed to practice in Kentucky and multiple federal courts including the Eastern District of Kentucky, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is currently in solo practice. He was elected to the Villa Hills City Council in 2010 receiving the highest vote total of eight candidates. He chairs the Administration Committee for the Villa Hills City Council.
From 2004 to 2010 Mr. Noll was employed by the American Arbitration Association as a Vice President of Business Development in charge of the Cincinnati AAA office. In his role, Mr. Noll conducted outreach and education of the Association’s Arbitration, Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services throughout a nine state territory and managed a cadre of over 300 professional arbitrators and mediators. Mr. Noll has also worked for a small general practice law firm, as a sales professional for an information technology company, and as a public defender.
Mr. Noll received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1992, a law degree and Masters of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky in 1998, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University on 2010. He is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School.
Mr. Noll’s interests includes sports, reading, and music. He sidelines as a basketball referee officiating high school and youth basketball games. He has also coached youth basketball and soccer.
