Managing Your Anxiety And Well-Being While Transitioning Into The New Normal

SPEAKERS: John Walsh, Ph.D., James Shields, Psy.D.

Some of the experiences we’ve had with this pandemic will leave us with issues that we will continue to deal with as we move into the "new normal.” Some of these issues have the potential to create long-term effects. Following some simple recommendations for healthy living and mental health well-being will resolve substantially most of these problems.

The tools associated with healthy living now will serve us well going forward. Has this pandemic been a signal that we need to start taking better care of ourselves? Whether these are acute or chronic long-term conditions, we need to involve ourselves in both self-care for our mental and physical health and professional care to maintain a healthy and competent law practices.

We’ll focus on some conditions that we’re addressing as we return to practice:

Moving from Trauma / Survival Mode
Anxiety / Fear / Panic
Increased Substance Use or Active Addiction
Recovering from Isolation and Returning to “Normal”

Join us for this informative webinar. The program will be a lecture format with the ability to ask anonymous questions via private Q & A.
