DIVERSITY PROGRAMSThe Kentucky Bar Association Young Lawyers Division believes in diversity and is dedicated to increasing minority participation in the legal profession. YLD defines diversity as groups who are typically underrepresented in law school classes, to include racial and ethical minorities, people with disabilities, varied religious affiliations, geographic, socioeconomic backgrounds and sexual orientations.
