You may use the search fields below to search the membership database for former members who are currently suspended or disbarred from the practice of law in Kentucky and have not been reinstated to the practice of law by the Kentucky Supreme Court.  This database does not include the names of members who were suspended but have been reinstated to practice. 

All bar complaints, investigations of complaints and private reprimands are confidential. As such, the Kentucky Bar Association is not able to confirm or deny that a complaint has been filed against an attorney, that an attorney is being investigated for an alleged violation of the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct, or that an attorney has received a private reprimand.

To search for currently suspended or disbarred attorneys, select "Yes" next to the corresponding reason field(s) and then click "Continue." After clicking "Continue," a list of lawyers will appear. Click on a lawyer's name to view more information. If the lawyer was suspended or disbarred after January 1, 1999, and has a "To be Published" order, a link will be posted here when the Order is published.
