What is the difference between in-person registration and on-demand registration?
In-person registration gives you access to all of the in-person CLE programming and included social events taking place on June 5 & 6 at the Central Bank Center, 430 W. Vine Street, Lexington. In-person registration also includes an additional 6 hours of on-demand CLE programs as a bonus. Those 6 on-demand hours will be available from May 1 - June 30.
On-demand registration is registration for only the 6 hours of on-demand CLE programming that will be available from May 1- June 30.
Do I need to register for the on-demand portion if I am registering for the in-person event?
Attendees registering for the two-day in-person program receive complimentary access to the on-demand program. Registering for the one-day program does not include access to the on-demand program.”
Can I register for only one-day of the in-person convention?
Yes, you can register and attend only one day of the in-person convention programming. The cost for the one-day registration is $280.
The one-day registration fee does not include access to the on-demand sessions.
If I attend one-day only, do I have to purchase the on-demand portion separately?
Yes, if you purchase a registration for one-day admission to the in-person event, you will need to purchase the on-demand portion separately. Only attendees registering for the full in-person two-day event will automatically receive access to the on-demand programming.
Is there a discount for registering early?
Attendees registering for the in-person event who register by May 29, 2025, will receive $100 off the on-site registration fee!
I registered for annual convention, but now I can’t make it. How do I get a refund?
Cancellation of your 2025 Kentucky Bar Association Annual Convention registration must be emailed to
Michele Pogrotsky by May 22, 2025, to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between May 22 and May 29, 2025, will be charged a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after May 29, 2025.
Event tickets will not be refunded after May 22, 2025.

Can you purchase event tickets on-site?
Advanced reservations for all optional events are recommended. However, from time to time and as space allows, there could be an opportunity to purchase event tickets on-site.
I require accommodations to fully participate in the event. Who do I notify?
If you need accommodations to fully participate in the event or are purchasing meal tickets and have dietary restrictions, please contact the Membership Department at (502) 564-3795 at least two weeks prior to the event.

When does the registration desk open each day?
Upon arrival, all registrants should check in at the KBA Registration Desk located at the High Street Lobby at Central Bank Center (430 W. Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507). The registration desk will be open on Thursday, June 5, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, June 6, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm.
Is breakfast or lunch provided at the in-person program?
In-person attendees will have access to our Kickoff Breakfast event on Thursday, June 5. Coffee and water will be available to in-person attendees throughout the event, as well as access to specialty breaks. Breakfast on Friday, June 6, and lunches on both days are not included with registration.
How do I download the event app?
Attendees can find the link for the convention app in their registration confirmation email.
What is there to do during the event?
View our
convention schedule for more detailed information on special convention programming including the traditional annual banquet and several luncheons, as well as the memorial service. The full schedule of convention events along with program descriptions will be available on the mobile app. Annual convention registrants will be sent a link to download the app prior to the event.
What can I do while I am in Lexington? Where should I eat while I’m in town?

Where do I find more detailed information about the daily agenda and program speakers?
All detailed information about CLE programming, speakers, and materials is located in the convention app. You will receive a link to download the app in your registration confirmation email.
CLE QUESTIONS
How many CLE credits can I earn at the 2025 Annual Convention in-person event?
An in-person attendee can earn up to 12 CLE credits, including 5 ethics credits.
How many credits can I earn viewing the 2025 Annual Convention on-demand content?
An on-demand registrant can earn up to 6 CLE credits, including 2 ethics credits.
Is there a listing of all CLE sessions being offered?
A complete list of CLE programming can be found on the
convention schedule, in the event app, and in the pocket guides handed out at the in-person event.
Do I have to attend all in-person sessions if I register for in-person?
In-person registrants can attend as many or as few sessions as they choose.
Where do I access the materials for the CLE sessions?
The written materials for the CLE presentations will only be available on the mobile app. For those who prefer to access that information via laptop or tablet, a link to the web version of the mobile app’s event guide will also be available. Annual convention registrants will be sent a link to download the app and/or access the web version prior to the event.
How do I submit my CLE credits for the in-person and on-demand sessions?
Please submit your CLE credits online via your
KBA Member Portal. A CLE credit counter will be included in your registration packet to help you conveniently keep track of the sessions you attend.
Will CLE be submitted for accreditation in other states?
Yes, out-of-state accreditation will be available upon request at the CLE information desk during the in-person event in Lexington. Applications for accreditation will be submitted to Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and West Virgina.

Can I talk to the speakers after their respective sessions?
Many speakers are happy to take questions after their sessions, time permitting. We ask attendees to please be kind and courteous to all speakers.
